Newly mixed raw material is transferred to the curing bay
Windrows are aerated with a Turner in a predetermined manner. Average windrow temperature is between 65 to 75o C (thermophilic). The prolonged high temperature eliminates the pre-existing pathogens in the raw material.

The whole composting process takes about 4-5 weeks. Matured compost are friable & pathogen free. They are ready to be shipped out or being value-added.
